It is with pleasure that I announce the appointment of Harry Williams to the Bowls NSW Umpires Committee for the period 2015 – 2016.
Harry, a member of Sporties BC, Zone SVP & Secretary of the Zone Umpires Panel, is well known throughout the Zone for his many years of administrative roles at Club and District/Zone level. His knowledge of the Rules of the Game is second to none and he will prove to be beneficial to the State Umpires Committee for some time to come.
