Congratulations to our representatives for their excellent performances in these two events.
Pairs – Kevin Robinson and Matt Sargeant (Tuncurry Beach) had wins over Westport (18/13) and Austral (26/8) before succumbing to the strong Cabramatta pair of Ben Morethorpe and Aaron Wilson in the final 10/24.
Singles – Kevin Robinson (Tuncurry Beach) made his way to the semi-final with wins over Umina (31/14) and Harbord (31/18), but could progress no further after being defeated by Michael Cronin (East Cessnock) 11/31.
These were two very strong showings in class fields and are to be commended.
